Absolutely amazing company. Louise and the team have done a fantastic job of moving my son's flat to his house today. They also had to contend with so many stairs as well. Louise and the team were brilliant on the day we moved. The number of stairs they went up and down, they've certainly earned a well deserved rest over Christmas! I had a fantastic experience with Wiltshire and Somerset Removals. They helped me move my belongings from my house quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was completely stress-free. The team were extremely professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The price was amazing for the amount of work involved, and the level of service was genuinely impeccable. I want to thank Louise and the lads for their hard work with what turned out to be a non-move nightmare. They turned up on time and we knew that our simultaneous exchange and completion was risky and after emptying the whole house into their van and our van, we got a call to say our move wasn't happening. We were totally distraught but they were then quick to put everything back, taking time to make sure that they also unloaded our van, which was very much appreciated. Sincere thanks to Neil, Louise and the team for their amazing empathy, flexibility and professionalism in moving my daughter and son-in-law from Swindon to Bristol. They went above and beyond, packed goods in Swindon, transported them carefully to Bristol - after allowing a change of date at the last minute with practically no notice - and finishing later than anyone expected, and even helped assemble new packed furniture at the far end. Couldn’t have asked for a better removal company. Louise and her team (Junior and Bradley) went above and beyond moving myself and my children 15 miles from a 3 bed to 3 bed. The communication at the start set the tone for the move and throughout the whole process I felt considered, supported and most of all my items respected. Junior and Bradley were incredibly friendly and professional, taking direction from Louise and also myself to ensure items went where they were supposed to and they did not stop. Thank you ever so much for all you did yesterday on what turned out to be quite a tricky move. Eternally grateful and I would 100% recommend!
